Can a student verify they have completed the program if they are required to do so?

Yes, this can be done in a variety of ways including using the Electronic Verification of Completion feature, by way of the certificate of completion, or if using the Practitioner Program, tracking students through the Administrative Site, whom you have referred to complete the program.
